Scope of Services
The Company agrees to provide interior design services, which may include consultation, design development, supervision, project management, and execution as detailed in the project proposal.
Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in the project proposal.

A deposit of 50% is required upon signing the agreement for interior design services and 60% for execution services.

The remaining payments are due per the agreed schedule or upon project milestones.

Note: regarding interior design projects the second payment needs to be paid for submitting the files.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals to facilitate the project timeline within a maximum of Five (5) days after the meeting date, otherwise, we will ask for additional fees to continue.

The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals unless otherwise agreed.
Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and signed by the client. The client has the right to change one time. Additional fees may apply for extra changes.
Project Timeline

The Company will provide an estimated timeline for the project, but timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and concepts remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. After payment, the Client receives rights to use the designs for the intended project.

The client has no right to remove Ivy's logo from designs & drawings unless having an approved paper signed by the company manager.
Governing Law
-
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bahrain.
